Responsibilities
Manage and moderate our community across Discord, Twitter, and Telegram channels.
Engage with community members, answer inquiries, and provide support in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor discussions, enforce community guidelines, and ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
Foster relationships with community members, encourage participation, and drive engagement.
Gather feedback, suggestions, and insights from the community to improve our platform.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align community initiatives with our project goals.
Stay up to date with industry trends, news, and updates to provide valuable information to the community.
Contribute to the development of community engagement strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse community.
Passion for the crypto space, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance.
Proven experience in community management or moderation, preferably in the crypto or DeFi industry.
Familiarity with Discord, Twitter, and Telegram platforms.
Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive community environment while handling conflicts professionally.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage multiple communication channels.
Self-motivated and proactive in driving community engagement and growth.
Knowledge of crypto and DeFi concepts, as well as popular DeFi platforms.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
