Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate our community across Discord, Twitter, and Telegram channels.

• Engage with community members, answer inquiries, and provide support in a timely and professional manner.

• Monitor discussions, enforce community guidelines, and ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

• Foster relationships with community members, encourage participation, and drive engagement.

• Gather feedback, suggestions, and insights from the community to improve our platform.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align community initiatives with our project goals.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, news, and updates to provide valuable information to the community.

• Contribute to the development of community engagement strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse community.

• Passion for the crypto space, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance.

• Proven experience in community management or moderation, preferably in the crypto or DeFi industry.

• Familiarity with Discord, Twitter, and Telegram platforms.

• Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive community environment while handling conflicts professionally.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage multiple communication channels.

• Self-motivated and proactive in driving community engagement and growth.

• Knowledge of crypto and DeFi concepts, as well as popular DeFi platforms.
