UI/UX Designer

Position Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced designer to join our team and take the lead in designing WEB3 DeFi platform. As a designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our platform, ensuring it is intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with our brand. You will work closely with our development team to create engaging user interfaces and deliver a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and objectives.

• Design and create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.

• Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for various components, including dashboards, forms, data visualization, and transaction flows.

• Create appealing high-quality visual designs, icons, and illustrations that align with our brand identity and effectively deliver our ideas.

• Conduct UX research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs.

• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the web and blockchain space.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, with a proven track record in designing web applications and platforms.

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work, particularly in the blockchain and DeFi space.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping at least in one of the tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS.

• Experience with responsive design and designing for different screen sizes and devices.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

• Minimum Experience with Blockchain Projects: 3 years.
